🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
We always strive to deliver the right and high-quality products to you. However, if you receive the wrong or defective product, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Wrong product delivered (color, size, or design mismatch).
- Damaged or defective product received upon delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Used or washed products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer’s fault.
- Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales (unless defective).
⏱ Timeline
- Customers must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
- Requests made after this time may not be accepted.
📦 Process
- Contact our customer service with your order number and issue details.
- Photos may be required for verification.
- After confirmation, the product must be returned via courier (or collected by us if applicable).
- Once verified:
- A replacement product will be sent, OR
- A voucher/credit/refund will be issued (as per our policy).
💰 Return/Exchange Cost
- If the issue is our mistake (wrong/defective product), we will bear the courier cost.
- If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (e.g., size preference), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
