🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We always strive to deliver the right and high-quality products to you. However, if you receive the wrong or defective product,   you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Wrong product delivered (color, size, or design mismatch).
  • Damaged or defective product received upon delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Used or washed products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer’s fault.
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales (unless defective).

⏱ Timeline

  • Customers must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after this time may not be accepted.

📦 Process

  1. Contact our customer service with your order number and issue details.
  2. Photos may be required for verification.
  3. After confirmation, the product must be returned via courier (or collected by us if applicable).
  4. Once verified:
    • A replacement product will be sent, OR
    • A voucher/credit/refund will be issued (as per our policy).

💰 Return/Exchange Cost

  • If the issue is our mistake (wrong/defective product), we will bear the courier cost.
  • If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (e.g., size preference), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
